Green Wind Renewables was pleased to attend the Bringing Dowerin Downtown Lunch on Friday 25 July 2025 at Crown Perth, following an invitation from the Shire of Victoria Plains.
The annual event brought together regional shires, businesses and industry representatives to celebrate collaboration and progress across Western Australia’s Wheatbelt. Hosted by the Wheatbelt Development Commission and the Dowerin Machinery Field Days Committee, the lunch was a lead-up to the iconic Dowerin Field Days and provided a platform to showcase regional initiatives and foster partnerships.
The Green Wind Renewables team welcomed the opportunity to connect with local government representatives, hear updates from across the region, and share progress on its wind projects, including those near the Shire of Victoria Plains.
“We really appreciated the invitation from the Shire and the chance to join such a positive and forward-thinking event,” said Dan Cotter, Green Wind Renewables’ Director of Development. “It was a valuable afternoon of connection, collaboration and shared purpose.”
Green Wind Renewables looks forward to continuing to support and engage with regional communities as the Grevillea and Wandoo Wind Farm projects progress.
